Terms, mailing and refunds

Effective October 25, 2026. Mail it is operated by Jared Long. These terms cover orders placed at mailbypony.com.

What you are buying

We print the package you approve, put it in an envelope, apply postage and hand it to the U.S. Postal Service. Jared handles printing and mailing manually. We currently accept U.S. domestic addresses only. Font styles are printed, including handwriting-style fonts.

Prices and approval

A one-page letter with standard white paper, a white envelope and U.S. postage starts at $4.99. Ivory paper and kraft envelopes each add $0.50, additional letter pages add $0.50 each, and photo inserts add $1 each. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable tax and the final total appear before payment. Review every page, the recipient address and the return address before approving. We print the approved package; we do not proofread or verify delivery eligibility for you.

Printing and mailing

Our initial mailing target is within two business days after successful payment, excluding U.S. postal holidays. Mailing means handoff to USPS, not arrival at the recipient. Postal delivery times vary. Standard letters do not include tracking, proof of delivery, certified mail or a guaranteed arrival date. This service is not suitable for deadline-sensitive legal notices.

If we cannot mail within the stated time, we will contact you for consent to a revised date or provide a full refund for the unmailed order. We do not treat silence as consent to a delay.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel from your order page before preparation begins. Once printing or preparation has started, contact ovenbeard@gmail.com; cancellation may no longer be possible. If we cannot fulfill your order, or we make a printing or addressing error, contact us for a reprint or refund. Errors in the package or address you approved and postal loss or delay do not automatically qualify for a refund, but contact us so we can review the issue. Refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. These terms do not limit rights that apply under law.

Prepaid API availability

The prepaid API code requires separate activation and owner-created spending permission; a connected assistant or a balance alone does not authorize unattended mail. Eligible cancellation of a credit-paid order returns service credit before preparation. Credit funding, purchased-credit expiry and unused-balance cash-refund terms must be configured before live prepaid funding is offered. The developer documentation distinguishes code availability from live activation.

Permitted use

Only submit material you have the right to print and send. Do not use the service for illegal content, threats, harassment, fraud, impersonation or unlawful solicitation. Do not include payment-card details, government ID numbers, passwords or other highly sensitive information. We may decline an order that we cannot lawfully or safely fulfill and refund unfulfilled work.

Your content and support
