Good to know
- Standard letters are not tracked and are not certified mail. If you need proof of delivery or must meet a deadline, use USPS Certified Mail instead. Some contracts require it.
- Include a member or account number, never a full card number, Social Security number or ID.
- Keep a copy of the letter and note the date you sent it.
- Good for gym and subscription cancellations, written complaints and follow-ups after a phone call.
Questions
Is this certified mail?
No. Standard letters have no tracking or proof of delivery. If your contract or a deadline requires proof, send it by USPS Certified Mail.
Can I use it for a credit report dispute?
No. Credit bureau disputes usually need your Social Security number and a copy of your ID, and Pony does not handle government identifiers.
How fast does it go out?
We aim to mail within two business days of payment. USPS delivery takes additional days.
