Good to know

Both addresses must be in the US. We cannot mail to or from addresses in other countries.
Anything returned as undeliverable goes to the return address, so pick one someone will check.
Good for letters to family, thank-you notes and everyday correspondence. Not for passports, IDs, financial documents or anything with a legal deadline.
Standard letters are not tracked and are not certified mail. If you need proof of delivery or must meet a deadline, use USPS Certified Mail instead.

Can I send a letter to the US while living overseas?

Yes. You write it online, and Pony prints it and mails it inside the US through USPS. Only the recipient and return address need to be in the US.

What return address should I use?

Any US address where returned mail can reach someone: a relative, a mail forwarding service or your last US address.

Can I include photos?

Yes. Add up to 6 photo inserts, or upload a print-ready PDF instead of typing.
